SHIPPING POLICY Free shipping on orders over $59.00 that ship UPS ground. We ship standard UPS ground. Items are listed, on our web site, as to whether they are able to ship UPS or not. If you would like expedited delivery, we would be happy to provide you with a quote, for the additional shipping charge. Items that are too large to ship UPS ground, will be shipped common carrier. Our customer service team will contact you prior to processing your order, to let you know what additional shipping charges apply.

Standard common carrier delivery is a tailgate delivery. You will be responsible for getting the product from the tailgate to your home or office, unless special arrangements are made with us prior to delivery. We can provide you with an installation quote, upon request.

We currently only serve the continental United States. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes,International addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

We do welcome Military orders and can provide shipments to APO/FPO.

In most cases, orders placed by 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, are shipped the same business day.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed, on the next business day. Business days are referred to as Monday through Friday.

In the case of holidays, product will be shipped the next business day, following the holiday.

We ship from 37 warehouses across the United States. If you have ordered multiple items, some items out of stock in one warehouse, may ship from another.

RETURN POLICY. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused or unopened product, for a full refund. Product must be in its original packaging. Products not in their original packaging will not be returnable. Once the product is received, a credit, minus all shipping costs, will be issued. Please allow 3 weeks, for processing, of returns.

Items shipped wrong, damaged, or defective, will be replaced, or a full credit will be issued. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, of wrong, damaged, or defective merchandise.

Merchandise with a manufacturer’s warranty are subject to this warranty and are NOT returnable to Great Office Buys. Refer to the owner’s manual for information regarding your product.

No product will be accepted, for return, without a return authorization number. This number must be on the shipping carton. DO NOT write your return number on original product packaging, as it will make the product non-returnable.
