Great Office Buys Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused or unopened product, for a full refund, excluding shipping costs (see below). Product must be in its original packaging. Products not in their original packaging will not be returnable. Once we receive the product, a credit, minus all shipping costs, will be issued. Please allow 3 weeks, for processing of returns. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
- If you ordered the item incorrectly or changed your mind, we will accept the unopened, unused product and credit your account less original shipping costs. Shipping costs are the cost incurred by Great Office Buys, in shipping the product to you. Although you might have received Free Shipping, costs were still incurred by Great Office Buys, and will be deducted from your credit.
- When returning items please call our toll free number or e-mail us at service@greatofficebuys.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please return the product to the warehouse specified in the e-mail, affix a label to the box you are sending the product in, do not write the return authorization number on the product itself, any item returned with writing on the actual product carton will not be eligible for credit. All returns must have a return number and tracking information to ensure that proper credit is given. When sending the product to us please ship with a carrier that provides proof of delivery as lost or damaged product will not be credited. If shipping by mail, delivery confirmation is available for an additional charge.

- If the item is not complete and resalable, the return will not be accepted for credit, some manufacturers return policies supersede ours.
- If you have a defective product we will replace the item within 30 days of invoice date. After 30 days you must submit the claim directly to the manufacturer, based on the manufacturer’s warranty provided with the product.
- When replacing the product, we will charge your credit card before shipping you the replacement product. Your credit will be given after we receive the defective product, and we have received a claim, from the manufacturer, based on their determination that the product was defective. This could take up to 20 days.
- Shortages: All claims for shortages or damage must be made to us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
- Errors made on our part, by shipping the incorrect product to you, will be handled quickly. The shipment of the correct product and return of incorrect product, will be at the expense of Great Office Buys.
- Cancellations: Due to the speed at which we process orders, submitted orders, those that go through the checkout process, cannot be cancelled. Submitted orders are immediately sent to the warehouse, for shipment. Shipping charges will be subtracted from all refused shipments sent back to shipper.
- Return Restriction: Due to safety concerns, we do not accept returns on software, electronics, food, beverage, hygiene, cleaning supplies and/or pharmaceuticals.
